✳ Refunds Policy 

✔ If WiexonHost fails to provide support or solve any other issue, the client can request a refund. Refund requests will not be accepted after 7 to 10 working days.

✔ Once domain registration is completed, the domain registration fee will not be refunded. Refunds will also not be given for domain transfers that have already been initiated.

✔ Any VPS or dedicated server is completely non-refundable.

✔ There is no money-back guarantee for reseller hosting.

✔ If your service is canceled, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of our terms, no refund will be issued.

✔ Deposited funds in the client's account are non-refundable but can be used to purchase any service.

✔ Cancellation requests submitted from outside the client area will not be accepted.

✔ Once a cancellation request is submitted, the account cannot be reactivated, and you will need to purchase a new package.

✳ Cancellation and Refunds Procedure

✔ To cancel a service, submit a cancellation request from the client area. To do this, click the icon next to the package you want to cancel, then press ‘Request Cancellation’ and fill out the form before submitting it.

[ Immediate cancellation means your package will be deleted within 1-24 hours after submitting the cancellation request.

End of Billing Period means the package will remain active until the last billing date and will be auto-canceled after that. If this option is selected, it will not be eligible for a refund. ]

✔ After submitting the cancellation request, open a ticket with the billing department. Depending on the gateway, it may take 1 to 15 days. Sending charges, gateway charges, or cash-out charges will be deducted for any refund.

✔ If you take a refund as credit balance in your WiexonHost account, you will receive it within 1 minute to 1 hour. Mention that you want a credit balance refund in the ticket.
